As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you will ensure they are welcomed professionally and assisted efficiently. You will manage meeting room bookings, oversee room setups, and coordinate catering requirements, ensuring all arrangements meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage meeting room bookings and oversee room setups
- Coordinate catering requirements and maintain high standards of service
- Provide timely and professional responses to enquiries in person, by phone, or email
- Assist with AV support, maintain client databases, and collaborate with the wider team
