About This Role
As a Membership Manager, you will drive growth, engagement, and value across our national member community. This role plays a key part in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and grow our membership base.
Main Responsibilities:
* Membership Strategy Development: Develop and optimise the membership strategy and value proposition to meet business objectives.
* Growth and Engagement: Lead membership growth across individual and corporate accounts, driving engagement and value for members.
* Member Experience: Review and enhance onboarding and ongoing member care to ensure a seamless experience for members.
* Relationship Building: Build strong member relationships and act as an ambassador at events, promoting the benefits of membership.
* Data Analysis: Manage membership data and reporting, providing insights and improvement recommendations to support business decisions.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, events, and education teams to maximise member value and achieve business goals.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in membership development or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
