A leading financial services firm are seeking an MLRO (PCF -52) to join their Financial Services Compliance team. In this role you will report to the Head of Compliance (PCF -12) and ensure that the firm is compliant with all AML Financial Services responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to be a senior leader in the firm and manage a team of highly skilled financial crime specialists.
Responsibilities:Implement and manage effective AML frameworksReview and maintain all AML Frameworks and Policies incorporating new/updated regulationsEngage with the regulators on all new policies and regulations implementedProvide AML recommendations for all new and amended products, supporting marketing and customer documentsMonitor, identify and advise on impacts of key upstream (future) regulatory change.Develop standalone AML Management Information for reporting to Senior Management, Audit and Risk Committees and to the Board
Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in a Senior AML/Compliance role within Financial ServicesProfessional qualification within Compliance or a relevant degree obtainedExperience working in a 3LOD Risk Management modelStrong track record of delivering high quality compliance oversight across various services and productsAbility to develop and implement a Compliance Risk Management FrameworkStrong people management and leadership experience
