We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a busy production facility in Naas. This is a great opportunity for someone with both electrical and mechanical skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:30 (Day shift only)
What You'll Do
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance across production and site facilities
* Install, commission, and troubleshoot plant equipment and wiring
* Carry out electro-mechanical repairs on PLC-controlled equipment
* Conduct facility checks, meter readings, and resolve discrepancies
* Manage on-site contractors, including permits and inductions
* Support continuous improvement projects and line performance upgrades
* Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, and GMP standards
What We're Looking For
* Qualification: Electrical or Mechanical qualification (or time-served Electrician/Fitter)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance role (FMCG experience desirable)
* Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Experience with PLCs, control systems, and diagnostics preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
