We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at EZ Living Interiors.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse functions of our distribution centre, ensuring excellent customer service on site as well as through our delivery network.
Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the loading and unloading of inventory, maintaining relationships across internal and external logistics networks, and liaising with relevant departments to ensure correct and efficient scheduling of containers and outbound deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in Team Leading/People Management, proven IT skills, and strong organisational and self-management abilities.
They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a pressurised environment, and the capacity to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment.
* Supervise and coordinate the daily work and safety of Warehouse employees
* Maintain relationships across internal and external logistics networks
* Liaise with relevant departments to ensure correct and efficient scheduling of containers and outbound deliveries
* Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Stock Controller to ensure accurate stock inventory and locations
* Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
