The Opportunity
We are seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Supply Chain team. This is a key operational role focused on sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and ensuring compliance with food safety and procurement standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support production and drive efficiency across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and purchase ingredients and packaging materials.
* Manage contracts and supplier relationships.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and procurement regulations.
* Coordinate deliveries to align with production schedules.
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost-saving initiatives.
* Collaborate with QA, production, logistics, and commercial teams.
* Conduct supplier audits and maintain quality control agreements.
* Evaluate supply chain costs and identify improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
* Knowledge of supply chain operations and food safety standards.
Essential Criteria
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Highly competent with IT systems and the MS office suite
* Knowledge and understanding of customs, excise and regulatory requirements relating to the supply of goods (ROI, UK)

Pay: €43,000.00-€46,000.00 per year
