Job Title: Marketing Operations Assistant
Our client, a leading healthcare company, is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Support role. This hybrid position will be based in the Dublin office, with 2 days of on-site work per week.
This role will involve supporting both online and traditional media projects, including print management, website content review, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong visual literacy, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide project administration support to the team.
- Assist in updating and maintaining website content, collaborating with the global web development team.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations, working closely with the team.
- Design and manage print materials, working with external agencies.
- Work on social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Showpad, and Qualtrics is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
