Full-time Floor Staff / Junior Sommelier (5 days/week)
Daróg Wine Bar is looking for a full-time member to join our front-of-house team. Previous experience in hospitality is essential, and wine knowledge or a desire to learn is highly valued.
You'll be part of a small, attentive team serving a seasonal menu of small plates, artisan cheese, and charcuterie boards, alongside an extensive selection of organic, biodynamic, and natural wines. Our kitchen is recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and we take pride in creating a warm, personal experience for every guest.
This role is hands-on and interactive. You'll help guide guests through our wine list, deliver attentive service, and contribute to the smooth running of the floor.
