What You'll Do
1. Manage & grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across the DACH region
2. Lead renewals, upsells, and strategic account conversations
3. Act as a trusted Ansprechpartner – solving challenges, identifying opportunities & driving adoption
4. Deliver consultative solutions that maximize customer value & ROI
5. Use CRM tools (Salesforce, analytics) to forecast, report, and plan your pipeline
Who You Are
6. Fluent (C2) in German & English
7. 2–3+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales
8. Commercially minded, structured & self-driven – you spot opportunities and act fast
9. Excellent communicator, problem solver, and relationship builder
10. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment
11. Experience in Payments / Tech / SaaS is a plus
