Job Title: Materials Lab Specialist
This is a highly technical and dynamic role, responsible for advancing the company's materials and process characterization capabilities to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency across various product development initiatives.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of advanced materials and testing equipment.
* Responsibilities include conducting failure analysis, contamination investigations, material supplier comparisons, and integrity assessments using a range of analytical tools including but not limited to:
o Mechanical and physical property testing instruments
o Thermal analysis equipment (DSC)
o Surface and dimensional measurement systems
* Our team member will prepare and analyze samples according to best practices, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
* Documentation and communication of findings through technical reports and presentations are key responsibilities of this role.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product development, manufacturing, and quality improvement initiatives is also essential.
* Compliance with lab safety, quality, and data integrity standards is mandatory.
