We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the Partnership Division during a period of growth and investment. The role involves building strategic partnerships to deliver credit card program solutions for a portfolio of $500mm or greater, forging long-term relationships, and collaborating across the enterprise to meet partner needs.
The right candidate will possess superior communication and organizational skills to engage in regular business updates with partners, set deadlines, execute priorities, and provide subject matter expertise on portfolio performance, partner contracts, and industry trends.

Key Accountabilities
* Develop, grow, and retain assigned brand portfolios; act as senior relationship consultant to meet/exceed business expectations.
* Coordinate and lead regular strategic, in-person business updates for assigned partners.
* Drive the formation and analysis of profit & loss reports for assigned partners.
* Assist in business development and lead teams to solve complex problems.
* Develop cost/benefit analyses to prioritize strategic growth, revenue, and partner satisfaction.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned partner contracts and portfolios, and stay informed on industry trends.
* Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for new account growth and marketing expenditures for assigned partners.
* Oversee product management and development for assigned partner programs; manage contract terms.
* Act as a leader with internal cross-functional teams to deliver aligned initiatives to partner strategy.
Compliance
* Understand and comply with the Bank's BSA/AML Program, Customer Identification Program, and Customer Due Diligence Policy.
* Identify, monitor, and report suspicious activity; complete BSA/AML training as directed.
Required
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
* 10-15 years’ experience in the credit card industry or equivalent
* External client/relationship management experience (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, contract management, etc.)
* Strong P&L acumen and ability to drive cost/benefit analysis
* Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to manage competing and complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
* Ability to lead a cross-functional team
* Ability to network and leverage relationships
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation
Compensation range (base pay): $141,440.00 - $240,448.00. This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offers may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
Work Environment
The role is remote-friendly, with integrated digital collaboration and regular communication. Occasional travel may be required. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
