Key Responsibilities:

">• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to closing the sale
">• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and product knowledge
">• Develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders
">• Assist in visual merchandising and promotional displays
">• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
">• Utilize CRM systems to log and manage leads and sales activity">
Requirements:
">• Proven experience in a consultative sales role within interiors, luxury retail, or hospitality
">• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
">• A keen interest in design, interiors, and luxury goods
">• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
">• Flexibility to work weekends as required
">• Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools is an advantage
">• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland">
