At RSM Ireland, we are embracing the hybrid working model and at present all our roles facilitate this.Role SummaryReporting to Technology Service Director and Core Functions Director the Business Systems Project Manager will support the delivery of the rollout of several core business systems to RSM Ireland. The role is responsible for planning and coordinating the end-to-end rollout of multiple integrated platforms spanning CRM, client onboarding, compliance, and resource management and ensure the business preparedness through effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with technical teams.Working closely with RSM Ireland stakeholders, RSM UK National Technology teams, and third-party software vendors the role will focus on coordinating delivery plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, supporting business readiness activities, whilst providing clear governance and reporting to senior leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCreation of a detailed roll out plan, including key delivery dates and technical dependenciesFacilitation of the planning, roll out and change management activities required to support the launch of each systemAct as the primary interface between RSM Ireland and RSM UK National Technology teams, vendors and service providersClose collaboration with business stakeholders to support local change management and adoption activitiesEstablish training requirements for RSM Ireland users and work with the relevant technical teams to develop training materialOrganising and assisting with data preparation to support migration and conversion activitiesProvide regular updates to business stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teamsIdentify, assess, and manage risks, issues, actions and decisions proactively seeking solutions to prevent delaysManage transition to operational state including support team readinessCreation and maintenance of project plans, RAID logs, action trackersEnsure all deliverables meet high quality standards and comply with company and regulatory requirementsFoster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharingRequired Skills and QualificationsProven experience (5+ years) in technical project management, preferably within Professional ServicesStrong ITIL and service transition knowledgeExperience with integrated SSAS platforms as well as cloud technologies and software development projects within a complex, data driven architectureStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProfessional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master are highly desirableDesirable AttributesBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on IT project management principles and methodologiesAbility to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and prioritiesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageHybrid / flexible working arrangementsOngoing professional development and career progression
