About the Role

The Senior Business Intelligence Manager will lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions across a growing, multi-entity organization.
Main Responsibilities:

* Month-End Close Process: Oversee the month-end close process across all entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidation.

* Board Reporting: Prepare monthly board packs (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs) with clear and concise commentary.
">
* External Financial Reporting: Own the delivery of statutory financial statements and the annual audit process under FRS 102.
">
* Reporting Automation: Design and maintain automated reporting solutions using Power Query (M) and Power BI (DAX).
">
* Data Integration: Consolidate data from finance and operational systems to ensure consistent reporting across the organization.
">
* Forecasting & Insight: Support budgeting, reforecasting, and performance analysis.
">
* Governance & Controls: Ensure robust financial controls, data integrity, and reporting standards are in place.
">
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Group Finance Transformation Lead to align reporting with commercial and operational improvements.

About You
">
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SQL is essential, as is experience working with large datasets and developing business intelligence solutions.
