An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established organisation and become an integral member of our Transaction Team.
We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to perform a multi-faceted and report writing role, as part of a team that manages a portfolio of clients who are in the process of selling their businesses.
Duties will include:
* Reviewing notes, paperwork and other literature (including financial statements) regarding business sales, extracting the most salient pieces of information.
* Preparing comprehensive and detailed Business Reports, structured in a manner to engage various types of reader.
* Liaising with clients and internal departments at Director/Shareholder level to gather, review and discuss information required to prepare Business Reports.
* Conducting teleconference, web-conference and face-to-face meetings with clients, as required.
* Fostering good working relationships with clients, remaining professional and courteous at all times.
* Other general duties, as required.
Experienced and trainee candidates will be considered for this role. Experienced candidates are expected to have the following:
* Confidence in communicating ideas and delivering compelling content across print.
* Excellent IT and MS Office skills.
* Possess a confident and professional telephone manner.
Full training in each aspect of the role will be provided, so previous experience is not essential.
