Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Assistant role at Kate's Kitchen, located on-site in Sligo, Tuesday - Saturday. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, restocking shelves with products, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing sales operations. They will create a friendly and positive shopping experience for every customer while supporting the team in achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude, with the ability to build positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Effective communication and sales skills to assist and guide customers in their purchasing decisions
* Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory, restocking, and store displays efficiently
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
* Enthusiasm for coffee, artisan foods, gifts, and lifestyle products is ideal.
