The Receptionist is a key position at our establishment, serving as the first point of contact for guests and providing a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk.
Responsibilities include handling reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining accurate records, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be proficient in using hotel booking systems or basic computer programs, have competence in clerical skills such as record-keeping and basic administrative duties. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is an advantage.
