Uniform provided Access to ongoing training and professional development Key Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, shellac nails, tans, and brow treatments. Maintain treatment rooms to the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences. Promote and upsell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience Follow all health and safety regulations, hygiene practices, and operational procedures Assist in maintaining the overall tidiness and ambiance of the spa area Attend regular team meetings, trainings, and promotional events as required Key Requirements 1 year of experience in beauty therapy is desired, but not essential. Qualified and experienced Beauty/Spa Therapist (ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO Qualified). Qualified in Massage Therapy (ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO Qualified). Highly experienced in a wide variety of treatments including facials, massage, body treatments, waxing, shellac nails, tans, and brow treatments.
