About the Role We're looking for an Out of Hours Bookings Co-ordinator to join our central team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients' shifts are filled efficiently, while providing excellent communication and service to both staff and clients. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities Manage daily and weekly staffing requests from hospitals, nursing homes, and care facilities Allocate available nurses and healthcare assistants to shifts via our internal system Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency staff Monitor shift fulfilment, cancellations, and last-minute cover What We're Looking For Previous experience in bookings, scheduling, rostering, or administration (healthcare, recruitment, or hospitality preferred) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Confident phone manner and ability to work under pressure Strong IT and system skills (Excel, CRM, or scheduling software) A positive, proactive attitude and team mindset What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full training and mentoring from experienced colleagues Clear progression opportunities within a growing Irish company Supportive, friendly working environment Remote work.
