Role Overview:
Main Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Shopping Assistant to shop and fulfill orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.
Key Responsibilities:
Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
* Pack products in the correct temperature zone to ensure they arrive at the customer's home in perfect condition
* Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Keep up to date with team communication
* Deal with routine customer queries
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Aware of the SuperValu brand values: Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative, and Imaginative
* Good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitutions are appropriate
Working Hours:
This is a permanent position requiring 3-4 days per week. Candidates must be available from 7:00am/8:00am to 3:00pm/4:00pm daily.
