Baldan Group is a European leader in beauty, pharmaceuticals, and medical aesthetics with 280+ sales reps across Europe. As part of our international expansion, we are now reorganizing the Irish market and looking for ambitious B2B Sales Representatives to join our team.
Position Overview
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Manage client relationships in the Irish market.
Promote Baldan Group’s aesthetic devices and products.
Work with beauty and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists and, dentists to grow brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Expand client base in your territory.
Promote & sell devices and consumables.
Conduct client meetings (in-person & virtual).
Educate & train customers on product use and profitability.
Keep CRM records up to date.
Collaborate with technical & training teams.
Ensure fast, professional responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
2+ years B2B sales experience (ideally in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, medical) mantadory.
Proven track record in business development (clinics, med-spas, pharmacies).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Force Manager) & Mapsly.
Self-driven, results-oriented personality.
Willingness to travel frequently within the UK.
Valid UK driver’s license.
Existing network in the Irish aesthetics industry = strong advantage.
