Job Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Dublin
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with expertise in UK Payroll, covering all areas of employment taxation, regulatory and statutory reporting. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance on legislative and regulatory changes affecting UK payroll.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain technical knowledge and act as an advisory role for legislative and regulatory changes impacting UK payroll.
2. Provide support and training to the UK payroll hub team to ensure continuous development.
3. Ensure maintenance of evidences for compliance with local revenue and governmental agencies.
4. Manage vendor activities related to statutory taxation and non-statutory reporting.
5. Deliver payroll for the full population in the United Kingdom, including activities with Finance and supporting COE's.
6. Support statutory reporting around employment taxation, including Year End, PSA, HMRC filing and payments.
7. Execute related HR administration activity to support other CoE's while maintaining strong working relationships.
