Working Foreman – Steel Fabrication

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead and oversee steel fabrication and installation projects for a well-established company. This role involves managing teams, ensuring projects are delivered to high-quality standards, and maintaining a hands-on approach.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in steel fabrication and installation, coupled with leadership skills to drive productivity and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication and installation teams on-site and in-house.
* Actively participate in hands-on tasks, including fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance.
* Read and interpret technical and P&ID drawings to guide project execution.
* Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
* Work closely with project managers to monitor progress, address issues, and align with project requirements.
* Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and team cohesion.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Working Foreman, Supervisor, or similar role in steel fabrication or construction.
* Hands-on expertise in steel fabrication and installation processes, including knowledge of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
