We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator to play a key role in supporting our sales function, driving operational efficiency, and actively contributing to revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for a proactive individual who is comfortable combining sales administration with lead generation and outbound prospecting.The successful candidate will act as a central support hub for the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate reporting, effective CRM management, and strong collaboration across departments. You will also support marketing initiatives and provide high-level administrative assistance to senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day sales administration, including order processing, documentation, and CRM maintenanceMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibilityPrepare sales reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support management decision-makingProactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, and follow-up activitiesQualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales teamLiaise between sales, finance, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and a high level of customer satisfactionPrepare, update, and manage sales contracts, quotations, and pricing agreements in line with company policiesCoordinate internal approval processes for pricing, discounts, and special commercial termsMonitor sales performance metrics and produce regular analytical reports for senior managementWork closely with marketing to execute scheduled email marketing campaigns and sales initiativesProvide administrative support for sales meetings, client presentations, and corporate eventsOrganise travel and accommodation for senior managementProvide ad hoc administrative support as requiredAbout YouProven experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar commercial roleComfortable and confident with cold calling and outbound lead generationTarget-driven with a proactive, resilient approach to sales activityHighly organised with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independentlyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeJob Type: Full-timePay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingApplication question(s):Have you worked with tenders previouslyEducation:Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)Experience:Sales Administration: 5 years (required)Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
