We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations at our boutique hotel. The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences, manage the front office team, and maintain high standards of customer service.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk operations, including reception, reservation management, and room assignment.
* Supervise and train front office staff to ensure they meet high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
* Monitor and control front office costs, including supplies, amenities, and other expenses.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in front office supervisory or management role in a hotel environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
