About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef De Partie to join our team. As an Executive Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating innovative dishes. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard in the relevant section.
* Liaise with senior chefs on a daily basis regarding ordering and suppliers.
* Keep food wastage to a minimum.
* Train junior staff on recipes, presentation skills, and cooking techniques.
* Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards and safe working practices.
Requirements for the Role
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Valid EU work permit.
* Possess excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative dishes.
* Excellent hygiene and HACCP experience.
