Job Opportunity: Catering Manager in a Leading Workplace Catering Specialist.
Role Summary
Working 37.5 hours per week, from 7am to 3pm, over 5 days including weekends, you will assist in managing the delivery of catering services by providing exceptional customer service and directing staff for smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the delivery of catering services, adhering to high standards of food hygiene and quality.
2. Organise and direct staff to ensure effective operation of the catering service.
3. Support management with daily operations of the catering service.
4. Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and quality.
5. Co-ordinate the receipt and organisation of deliveries from suppliers, following protocols.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.
7. Maintain ISO quality standards.
8. Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
9. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
10. Collaborate as a proactive and supportive team member.
