Medical Negligence Solicitor
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Negligence Solicitor to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years' post-qualification experience, preferably in medical negligence.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising private clients on medical negligence and personal injury law, managing medical litigation caseloads, working independently and with senior colleagues on various litigation matters, interpreting and analysing relevant case law and legislation, and advising clients on alternative dispute resolution options.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a minimum of one year to two years' post-qualification experience in litigation with demonstrable experience in medical negligence and personal injury. They should also be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a client-focused, empathetic and professional approach.
