Financial Administrator
A dynamic and experienced financial administrator is required to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts to ensure timely settlement.
Prepare and present financial reports using QuickBooks, ensuring data is clear and concise.
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
Regularly reconcile supplier accounts to identify discrepancies and address any issues promptly.
Enter invoices, match payments received, and perform bank reconciliations.
Proactively handle accounts issues and take on additional responsibilities within the bookkeeping area.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a financial administration role and possess strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.
A solid understanding of financial procedures, including QuickBooks, is also required.
