About the Role
This position involves providing support to the Service team with administrative tasks and action items. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a high level of computer literacy, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Handling customer calls in a professional manner, responding to queries, and ensuring all interactions are documented.
* Managing day-to-day tasks for Service Engineers, including scheduling and coordinating workloads.
* Generating reports, maintaining documentation, and reviewing worksheets.
* Providing updates to customers and ensuring all communication is timely and effective.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on administration and customer service.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
* Able to learn new software quickly and effectively.
