We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Nurse, to join our busy team, with immediate effect Permanent part-time position Rewards 3 day week Flexible working days possible Training provided and ongoing Generous Salary Onsite parking Key Responsibilities: Provide high-standard nursing care in a general practice environment Work closely with GPs in delivering patient-centred care Routine practice nurse duties with some associated administrative functions Additional responsibilities to include Chronic Disease Management Results Management Childhood and Adult Vaccinations Administer Smear testing Experience with Health One practice preferable Candidate Requirements: Registered with the NMBI as a General Nurse Minimum 3 years post qualification experience Experience as a practice nurse (desirable) Roles will include chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, ECGs, BP Monitors &phlebotomy Experience inear syringing and registration with cervical check(desirable) Strong communication and organisational skills & IT Skills and ability to multitask Must hold a valid work visa (Stamp 4 or Stamp 1 G) or be an EU/EEA citizen
