Job Title
As a highly organised and detail-focused Financial Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's financial management processes.
Your responsibilities will include reconciling incoming payments, liaising with group contacts to rectify any discrepancies, and updating individual records. You will also maintain and update payment schedules, generate and maintain reports, and answer incoming calls and email queries within the required SLA.
Additional responsibilities include verifying premium payments for claims, amending and updating customer details, and undertaking other general administrative duties as directed.
We are looking for an individual with previous accounts experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and excellent telephone communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and all MS packages is essential, and an accounting qualification or QFA qualification is beneficial.
As a team player with an ability to build internal and external relationships, you will be an integral part of our client's operations team.
