Job Title: Inside Sales Professional
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, driving transactional sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an assigned base of customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
* Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request.
* Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to manage the full order lifecycle, from purchase order receipt to dispatch.
* Log all customer interactions in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* Share weekly pricing updates and bi-monthly product news with customers via CRM and communication channels.
* Adhere to service level agreements, including quote turnaround within 24 hours and order entry within 48 hours.
Requirements:
* 13 years experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (B2 B environment preferred).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with solar products or renewable energy sector is an advantage.
