As a Receptionist & Sales Administrator, you will manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence ensuring efficient message routing and accuracy.
Ensuring a tidy reception area is essential, as well as coordinating meeting room bookings and office supplies. You will also provide administrative support such as photocopying and filing, while preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations to support the sales team.
You will liaise with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery, following up with customers on enquiries and providing excellent service. Additionally, you will manage sales-related documentation and perform other tasks to support the sales team's objectives.
