Saint John of God Community Services CLG, Kerry Services provides a wide range of programmes and supports to adults and children with an intellectual disability in the Kerry region. Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) Location: St. John of God Community Services or any of the locations attached to Kerry Services Professional Responsibilities and Duties as follows: Process invoices to the accounts package. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity. Liaise with suppliers, service providers and internal departments regarding financial queries. Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, correspondence and data entry. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial and personal information. To provide relief cover as required within all areas of the finance department. To participate in staff development and in-service training relevant to the post as may be organised from time to time. To ensure that all departmental reports and Centre records are confidential to the service at St. John of God Kerry Services and to maintain confidentiality in respect of matters which come to your knowledge in the course of your official duties. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative/finance experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Strong numeracy, analytical and organisation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Full Driver's Licence for a Manual Vehicle is required. Please note that salaries are paid in line with HSE Consolidated Salary Scales.
