Fire Safety Project Leader
The company is seeking a Fire Safety Project Leader to join their Dublin-based team. This role will involve leading fire safety projects across various sectors in Ireland and the UK, working closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge fire safety solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
* Producing proposals, reports, and other documentation as required
* Maintaining client relationships and managing projects from appointment through to completion
* Mentoring junior staff and guiding them on professional development
* Attending client meetings, conducting site surveys and inspections, and communicating fire strategies to clients and design teams
* Reviewing architectural drawings to determine potential fire strategy approval risks and opportunities
* Overseeing fire engineering calculations and modeling, including third-party review/design verification

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Senior Fire Engineer in the Irish construction industry, with some project management experience
* A degree in Fire Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline
* Membership of Engineers Ireland or IFE (MIEI, MIFireE, or AIFireE)
* Working knowledge of regulatory controls, BCAR, and fire safety legislation in Ireland and the UK
