Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this post is to provide a high-quality comprehensive service by promoting the safe and effective use of medicines resulting in safer and better outcomes for patients.
* A Pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or be entitled to be so registered.
* Have at least five (5) years of relevant post-registration experience including participation in the medication management process in an acute hospital in-patient setting.
* Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
