Lead Bridge Engineer Position: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bridge Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to take on complex bridge projects, drive innovation, and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
* Manage design packages for major highways, rail, and urban infrastructure projects.
* Act as technical lead within multidisciplinary teams.
* Mentor junior engineers and uphold quality assurance procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required. A Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in bridges and structures engineering is necessary. Chartered status (CEng, MIEI, MICE, MIStruct E) is also desirable.
