We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Catering Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchens and service counters, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food experiences to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare high-quality food according to established standards
2. SUPERVISE culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food quality and customer service
3. Maintain open communication with your line manager on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for continuous improvement;
You will also play a critical role in maintaining positive brand image through consistent representation of Compass Group UK&I values across all interactions with customers, colleagues, partners & vendors alike!
