Managing and tracking all such queries, escalating as required to the Team Manager and ensure the closure of these queries in a timely and efficient manner.Ensure adherence to relevant Company Policies and Procedures from a compliance point of view.Track, analyse and format site KPI's for inclusion in Department monthly reportCollate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports as requested.Preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, minutes of meetings and reportsAnalyse data from various reportsPoint of contact for all facility related matters.Liaise with internal Departments regarding relevant matters: e.g. Security, Car Park, Maintenance, H&STo ensure a speedy resolution to any queries that arise,To assist with other work-related duties that may arise as part of the general working of the office.Essential Hiring Criteria:Fluent in spoken and written English,PSA Licence is an advantageGood interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a variety of stakeholders,The ability to deal with confidential data,Good IT skills, knowledge of and the ability to quickly learn.
