What You Will Do
* Win new business and expand existing client accounts.
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle, closing deals from SMB to enterprise.
* Fast-track to leadership and become a key player in Archer’s growth.

What You Will Have
* 2–3 years of outbound B2B sales experience (Business Development, Sales Development, Account Executive, Inside Sales, Territory Account Manager, Sales Consultant, or Client Relationship Manager).
* Hunger and drive to progress into leadership.
* Strong relationship-building skills; experience in consultancy or sales of services is a plus.
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
* Excitement to work in an office environment, learn, and collaborate with others.
