My client based in Clonmel town is looking to hire a Senior Administrator immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. This role would suit someone either someone with really strong admin skills / PA /EA or someone with events management experience. This role is fully office based Monday to Friday Duties & Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and re-direct as required Meet and greet visitors to the office Liaise with vendors/suppliers/contractors as required. Work as part of the administration team to complete the general admin duties including but not limited to: Open and distribute incoming mail Meeting room set up Database updates Prepare company presentations (electronic and printed versions) Arrange Courier collections/Valeting/lunch orders/bank Monitor staff children's birthdays and send out cards Stationery ordering Organise Annual Christmas Party - Hotel and entertainment Organise CPHI and related events as required.
