Service Operations Specialist
This is a critical role supporting daily field operations to ensure service engineers are scheduled efficiently and customer requests handled professionally.
* Schedule dispatch HVAC service engineers for planned call-outs
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer queries ensuring timely responses
* Coordinate maintenance visits, breakdown support, installation appointments
The Service Operations Specialist will act as central point of communication between customers, engineers and management to manage incoming service requests, plan engineer workloads, track job progress and update internal systems while maintaining accurate records.
