Responsibilities
* Build and develop relationships with Farmer Suppliers, Producer Groups and Factory Personnel
* Organise weekly cattle processing plan with site management
* Conduct farm visits daily and purchase market ready livestock direct from farm only
* Liaise with our haulage team to ensure the delivery of livestock to our site in line with daily schedule
* Arrange and agree payment to farmers for all livestock on the day of supply
Requirements
* Experience with livestock systems (cattle preferably)
* Familiarity with modern farming practices and regulatory matters
* Must hold full, clean driving license & have willingness to travel
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office
* Strong Work Ethic
* Ability to work on own initiative & meet targets
* Strong organisational and managerial ability
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
