Architectural Technologist - Healthcare - Dublin City Centre

Our client is an internationally renowned practice dealing with projects in all sectors, looking for an ambitious Lead Project Architect.
You will be responsible for delivering detailed design packages & ensuring the delivery of the design brief using your technical building expertise.
Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience
* Proven track record of leading design and technical teams through construction stages
* Experience in a fast-paced project delivery environment with the ability to influence decision-making processes
* Strong experience in Healthcare projects preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent technical knowledge of building construction
* Good technical design skills
* Hands-on experience managing a project through the RIAI stages
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
* Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
* Experience working in teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Package:
* Salary of €55k - €75k depending on experience
