Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Scientist to join our team for a 15-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical support related to biocompatibility, cleaning and sterilization of medical devices. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing testing protocols, coordinating projects and mentoring team members.
* Developing comprehensive testing protocols in line with FDA regulations
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
* Mentoring junior staff members in their roles
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology or Chemistry. In addition, they should have at least four years of experience working within a similar role.
1. Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred but not essential;
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience working on similar initiatives;
3. Demonstrated expertise in laboratory procedures including sample preparation handling bio materials & development testing processes.;
