We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help a leading social media company grow its independent agency partnerships. In this role, you'll focus on acquiring and onboarding high-value agencies through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent agencies.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand agency needs and deliver customized advertising solutions.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers.
- Craft compelling proposals using insights, trends, and case studies.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that drive long-term growth.
- Provide market feedback to refine acquisition strategies and service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding acquisition and revenue targets.
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Pitchbook, etc.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
