Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team, managing stock levels, maintaining store appearance and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met. Strong analytical skills will also be beneficial in driving sales growth and identifying areas for improvement within the business.
Maintaining accurate records, reporting any discrepancies or losses promptly when they occur.
The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to build rapport easily with colleagues as well as customers across various age groups.
