- A well-structured and organised working environment This is a fantastic opportunity for a person with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role post college to join our well-established, highly regarded organisation.Youll discover a fast-paced, technically focused environment where you can apply your academic knowledge to real use, gaining invaluable exposure that will set you apart from other early-career professionals.Whats more, youll benefit from structured training and day-to-day support from an experienced, world-class team, giving you the platform to develop your expertise and progress towards your full potential.So, if youre ready to take the next step in your career and grow within a respected food manufacturing establishment, read on and apply today.The Role As a Quality Control / Assurance Technologist, you will support the development and maintenance of our quality and food safety systems.Working closely with the Quality Team Lead, you will carry out chemical and physical testing in line with agreed programmes, co-ordinating samples for microbiological, shelf-life, sensory, nutritional and compositional analysis.Alongside this, you will support internal quality systems through data analysis, report writing and trend monitoring, investigating non-conformances, identifying root causes and following up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure ongoing compliance.Additionally, you will:
- Monitor quality standards and report findings
- Maintain and update quality and food safety documentation
- Support internal audits and quality system compliance
- Manage document control within the Quality Management System
- Assist with problem solving and follow up on out-of-specification results About You To be considered as a Quality Control / Assurance Technologist, you will need:
- At least one years experience in a similar role, post college
- A third (higher-education) level qualification in Food or Nutritional Science, or equivalent
- The ability to record, interpret, and analyse key process data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports
