Lead Food Production Team
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy food production team, ensuring the highest standards in quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily food production operations, leading and motivating a team, driving innovation by developing new product lines, managing production planning and resource allocation, liaising with suppliers, maintaining food hygiene practices, monitoring costs and product performance, and training team members.
Requirements include a minimum 3 years' experience in a food production or manufacturing management role, strong understanding of food safety and quality control standards, excellent leadership and communication skills, proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure, and experience with production planning, cost control, and supplier management.
